Dear Valued Comsec Client: We wish to take this means to welcome you as a valued client to our customer base at Mahoney Alarms and introduce our company to you. Mahoney Notify-Plus Inc., is an alarm company which performs installations, central station monitoring, service and inspections of fire, security and environmental alarm systems, as well as card access, and CCTV. Our company has been in this industry for over 40 years and we are proud to be a stable, established and well-known business reaching throughout New York, Vermont, Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Our main office is located in Glens Falls with staffing teams located in Plattsburgh and now the Lake Placid area. Our policy has always been to maintain the installation of state of the art alarm equipment and the employment of a fully trained staff for all phases of the business. We continually stay abreast of the ever-changing technical industry. We strive to be available and meet the needs of our customers. Our customer base includes residential customers, commercial and industrial businesses, banking institutions, jewelry stores, museums, schools, colleges, hospitals, nursing homes, adult and child care facilities federal, state and local government facilities, as well as, military and nuclear locations. All the while we maintain a personal relationship with each of our customers. Our sales and technical staff hold all proper licenses for design, installation and maintenance within our service area, as well as classified federal security clearances for defense and nuclear locations. Our in-house engineering department works directly with the electrician, contractor and customers staff in engineering the necessary requirements of insurance companies and federal, state and local governments. We operate our own in-house central monitoring station for monitoring, dispatching and maintenance of alarm and control systems. Our employees are fully trained to handle alarm conditions as they occur along with programming of the systems. Our central station is manned 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. We monitor fire, security, emergency conditions, holdup, low battery, water, temperature, environmental and openings and closings of your business; both basic and by personnel. The Service portion of our business is operated 24 hours per day, each day of the year. Our service personnel are available on an on-call basis for situations which may arise after normal working hours. During normal working hours our in-house staff is both knowledgeable and available to discuss questions and situations which may arise. We will be contacting you within the very near future to introduce ourselves, discuss your system and complete the tie over and test of your system to our central station. Of course, this is at no charge to you. Again, we strive for a familiar, personal relationship with each customer.
